Ajay has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications and a Master's degree in Computer Science. He has been involved in end-to-end solutions, from the business side to the planning side to the actual design, development, and deployment of projects. In his previous roles, Ajay has worked for a Chinese telecom company - Huawei Technologies, and US based printer manufacturer - Tektronix, Inc. During his academic career, Ajay has worked with Wipro Infotech, India. Ajay has received many accolades for his accomplishments and for his contributions to Tektronix Inc., USA..

Ganeshprasad Puranik - Chief Operating Officer has 5+ years of experience in Industry in the areas of Marketing and Software development. He is a Tool Engineer by background. In his initial career he has involved in Marketing of Enterprise software like ERP and CRM in BMS Infotech. He has seen the spectrum of SDLC right from Development to Project Management. He has expertise in Product Development and Component oriented Technology. In Rarefind he is working with Ajay in strategic planning, Marketing and taking the company to the next level.
