INSTALLATION

Q: How do I install Customer Support Tool?
A: Installation of Customer support tool includes the following steps:
          1. Copy the setup executable file into your system.
          2. Start the installer by clicking on the setup executable file.
     This will install Customer Support tool into your system.
     Please refer Manual for further information.

Q: How do I uninstall Customer Support Tool?
A: To uninstall Customer Support Tool follow the below steps:
          1.Select the Start -> Programs -> Customer Support Tool -> Uninstall Customer Support Tool option.
     OR
           1. Go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel menu. Select the Add/Remove Programs icon.
           2. Select Customer Support Tool option from the currently installed programs list.
           3. Press the Change/Remove button to uninstall the application.

CONFIGURATION

Q: How to configure Customer Support Tool?
A: If you are using Customer Support Tool for the first time, a wizard automatically pops up when you start the application. This wizard guides you through the steps involved in configuring a Customer Supprt Tool
The steps include
          1. Configuring Mail server settings.
          2. Configuring News server settings.
Configuring Mail server settings requires you to input the following details
          1. The type of the incoming mail server (POP3 or IMAP)
          2. The account name and password
          3. The name of the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
Configuring News Server settings requires you to input the following details
          1. The name of the news server
          2. The username and password if news server needs authentication.
OR
If you are not a first time user of Customer Support Tool , a new account can be setup in Customer Support Tool in two ways.
          1. On the Tools menu, click Accounts.
          2. In the Accounts dialog box, click the Add button.
          3. Then follow the instructions to configure E-mail and Newsgroup.

Q: How to remove an existing account from Customer Support Tool?
A: To remove an account from Customer Support Tool,
          1. Select the Accounts option from the Tools menu.
          2. Select an account in the Customer Support Tool Accounts dialog.
          3. Press Remove to remove the account.

When you select this option and continue, ShareIT gives their Bank Information to which you can transfer the money. ShareIT will complete your order only after they receive the money.

Q: Why is there a delay in processing my order?
A: Delivery is INSTANT for credit card transactions. For Bank transfers and other modes of payment, delivery is upon receipt of full payment. As soon as your order is passed you should receive an E-Mail with the License Key. Please follow the steps listed in the E-Mail to register the product.

Q: Can I FAX my order?
A: Yes, you can fax your order to ShareIT.com. RareFind Engineering Innovations has a tie-up with ShareIT.com for payment processing.
Here is how you FAX your order -
          1. Go to the product Buy Online page.
          2. Click on "Order" link. A new window opens and shows your cart.
          3. At the bottom of the page, you will see a link - " I prefer to order by fax ".
          4. Fill up Country, Currency and Optional question. And click "Next"
          5. Next screen will show your FAX ORDER. Please fill out the form and print it from your browser.
          6. Collect the printed paper and FAX the same to ShareIT FAX number.
Note: ShareIT FAX numbers will be listed on the order form.

Q: What is a License key? What do you do with it?
A: License key is issued to paid customers only. With the license key, you can unlock the evaluation version of the product into a full working product.
Follow the steps below to enter the license key.
          1. Download and install Customer Support Tool evaluation version from our website               www.rarefind.com
          2. Start the application by clicking Start -> Programs -> Customer Support Tool.
          3. On the application menu, click on Help -> Register. Registration wizard will appear.
          4. Registration wizard will allow you to enter the License Key.
          5. After you successfully finish registration, your product will become a full working product.
