- 25 MB of hard disk space
- Internet connection if the Mail/News servers are external
- POP3 and SMTP access for the mail server
Customer Support Tool - Limitations
Customer Support Tool currently has the following known limitations.
- Customer Support Tool doesn’t support the M.S. Exchange Server.
- A copy of e-mails will remain on the IMAP server. System Administrator
must delete these mails periodically.
